"This week I'm talking to the fiery red head from Suburb Sim, yes its the award wining actress Josie Harlow! Hi Josie, welcome to the spot" "Thanks Chris, its great to be here." "So first off Josie...what happened?! Poor Carrie's died and left Marc too it!"
"I know! I wonder how he'll cope! Its such a good story line...that's why I love soaps."
"Were you a bit gutted when you found out that you were being axed....I mean, they could have just had you leave...at least you could have come back!"
"I know but there wasn't really any choice. The storylines are written a longtime before the shows are done...I think Carrie's story was pretty much decided on from the beginning of Suburb Sim. I've had a great year though...next time I'll just have to make sure that my character's not gonna get bumped off quite so soon!" "Was it a difficult role to do?" "It did have some hard bits...I mean here's a lady who's pregnant with her first child, learns she has cancer and then hides the truth from her husband...she's pretty strong willed about what she wants...poor old Marc just has to like it or lump it. Doing the scene's where I found out I had cancer and then of course when Carrie tells Marc everything were difficult. Dean (Ludlow, plays Marc Martin) helped me out loads. "I bet your gonna miss the team" "So, so much. I mean this was my first big break...many of the cast have been acting for years! They were all fantastic and were and will continue to be great friends."
"Moving on, you did extremely well at this years Golden Star Awards"
"I know!! I couldn't believe it. I mean I was nominated for Best Looking Female and Best Supporting Actress and I won both of them! I was completely stunned. Suburb Sim did so well...I was really proud. But wow, it was a real shock. The trophies are both stood on my cabinet at home."
"You deserved them...you really did!"
"Thanks Chris...but I'm just a normal gal, doing her job. Its amazing when you get that kind of acknowledgement, especially when your up against such a great list of nominee's."
"So....we all know your a bit of a Simmish Prophecy for candidate...why?"
"Why? Its going to be great! A whole new image...I can't wait. I love supernatural stuff and this is a prophecy that IS going to come true...I simply cannot wait. I'm very like Carrie in the respect that I like my shopping, my hair, my nails....there's gonna be a whole new side of me coming out...in 3D!!
"Finally Josie, whats next on the cards for you?"
"Well...I can't tell you much but I've got a recurring role on a new sci-fi series coming to Simborough this Autumn.
"Wow, an exclusive! Congratulations."
"Thanks, I can't wait. The part's very different to that of Carrie Martin so I'm really looking forward to getting stuck into it."
"Well Josie, good luck and thanks for being with us today"
